Abstract
The process of globalization demands new professional skills and competencies. Today internationalization of higher education is considered as a way to develop new skills, attitudes, knowledge in students, faculty and staff. Many universities’ international strategies still focus on academic mobility. International cooperation takes similar forms and direction in Russia and abroad. At present, the Russian universities are aimed at cooperation with China.
